- 2. If you or your Graphic Designer has followed the design guidelines, email separate front & back files (PDFs, preferrably) to files@mauiprintshop.com. Our Customer Service Department will contact you within 24 hours regarding the Camera-Ready Graphic Design Guidelines and assist you in preparing or designing your digital file. We will work with your Designer or Art Department every step of the way, from providing templates to confirming Pantone Color separations and bleed issues. If you need design work, our design firm will is at your service. Large files can be emailed, posted, or uploaded to our FTP server.
